MD360® Convenient Care
Health care on your schedule
If you believe you are having a heart attack, stroke or other health emergency, call 911 immediately.
At MD360, we’re available when it’s convenient for you. Our on-site physical therapy, laboratory services and imaging technology saves valuable time so doctors can confirm diagnoses faster and develop a plan of care.
Unlike other convenient care centers, MD360 is a gateway to the most comprehensive health care provider in the region, Greenville Health System. That means a smooth transition of care if your condition requires care beyond what we can provide.
*Effective Thurs., April 25, the Verdae location of MD360 will move to a new location (next door) at 905 Verdae Blvd., Ste. 101. As a result, this office will be closed Mon., April 22-Wed., April 24.
Monday-Friday, 6 a.m.-10 p.m.
Saturday, 10 a.m.-6 p.m.
Sunday, noon-6 p.m.
(Please note holiday hours may differ)
No appointment needed
Simply walk in and register to see a provider. All MD360 providers are board certified in either family medicine or emergency medicine. You also may be seen by a certified nurse practitioner.
Our goal is to exceed your expectations for service and quality care. Due to patient volume and severity of patient conditions, wait times constantly vary. MD360 strives to have you seen within an hour. We appreciate your time and patience while we treat each patient individually.

Do you need a medical home?
While MD360 provides care for acute illness and injury, these facilities are not intended to serve as a medical home. A medical home is a place where the doctors know your name and your story, and can provide you with personalized care.
Prisma Health offers many primary care and pediatric primary care practices throughout the Upstate. Visit one of these pages for more information about a primary care practice near you. For medical attention that is more than just a one time visit, these practices are here to help you and your family feel your best.
MD360 participates in most major insurance plans and Medicare. Claims will be filed by the practice. Please be aware that co-pay or deductible required by your insurance will be collected at time of service. Patient will be responsible for any changes not covered by insurance.
